Kim Camille

CEO

A qualified Registered Nurse (RN, BSc) with extensive clinical, teaching, and leadership experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in adult and paediatric nursing, particularly in paediatric critical care. She has held key roles in staff development, education, and quality improvement, helping shape high standards across healthcare and training operations.
As CEO, she successfully led SN Services’ 2023 NDIS audit and continues to oversee continuous improvement, incident management, performance management, and client care processes. Her commitment to excellence in nursing education and compliance drives the organisation’s mission to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and training throughout Australia.

Caroline Yates

Director

A dual-qualified Registered Nurse in adult and children’s nursing, she has extensive experience in critical and complex care across hospitals and community settings. Her career spans clinical, teaching, and senior management positions in both Australia and the UK, where she has contributed to advancing healthcare standards and mentoring nursing professionals.
She brings exceptional expertise in nursing education, clinical governance, and team leadership, ensuring SN Training delivers evidence-based, high-quality nursing courses. Her passion for developing healthcare professionals underpins the organisation’s focus on excellence, integrity, and patient safety in every aspect of training delivery.

Administration Team

Laura Irvin

RTO Manager, Trainer and Assessor

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paediatric Nursing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), combining clinical knowledge with educational expertise. She specialises in critical care, emergency response, and advanced life support, delivering hands-on, evidence-based training across healthcare settings.
As RTO Manager and Education Lead, she oversees a team of dedicated clinical educators and trainers, ensuring compliance and quality across Basic Life Support, AED use, oxygen therapy, and tracheostomy care.
She also plays a key role in NDIS compliance, policy development, and the implementation of SN Services’ Learning Management System (LMS), driving innovation in nursing education and workforce training.

Susie Parkinson

Trainer and Assessor

A passionate Trainer and Assessor with over seven years of nursing experience, she brings in-depth expertise in paediatric and complex care to her teaching. Her background allows her to bridge clinical practice with effective, engaging education for students and staff across both the RTO and NDIS sectors.
She delivers face-to-face training in Basic Life Support (BLS), AED use, Wound Care, Infection Control, and Anaphylaxis Management, ensuring every learner gains the skills and confidence needed to provide exceptional care. With a degree in education, she champions a learner-focused approach, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth within the healthcare training community.

Olivia Camille

RTO Admin Assistant

An organised and reliable RTO Administration Assistant, she plays a vital role in supporting daily training operations and compliance. With strong customer service and administrative skills, she ensures all student records, enrolments, and documentation meet national regulatory standards.
Her attention to detail and understanding of RTO frameworks help maintain smooth coordination between trainers, assessors, and students. She is committed to upholding efficiency, accuracy, and quality in every aspect of administration, contributing to SN Training’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare education.
 

Maggie Bulnes

Clinical Educator

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Maggie has developed deep expertise across surgical, post-anaesthetic, rehabilitation, and community nursing environments. For the past 14 years, she has focused on adult and paediatric clients with complex care needs, providing both clinical support and training.
As a Clinical Educator for seven years, she combines hands-on nursing knowledge with a passion for empowering others through practical, evidence-based education. Her extensive experience enhances SN Training’s mission to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and confidence to deliver safe, high-quality care in complex settings.
